Subtle cognitive changes can begin years before symptoms are visible. PREMAZ detects these early shifts with incredible sensitivity - enabling proactive lifestyle changes, timely intervention, and more effective treatment strategies.

People born today will develop dementia in their lifetime.

The Hidden Gaps in Cognitive Assessment

Most traditional cognitive tests measure whether you remember something or not, but they don't actually measure the quality of your memories.

PREMAZ is different. We can detect the subtle loss of memory quality that occurrs long before you start forgetting things altogether, revealing early cognitive changes that traditional tests miss. By measuring how well something is remembered, not just whether it is, PREMAZ enables earlier detection, better tracking, and more effective intervention.

How Our System Works

A scientifically validated digital pathway for detecting cognitive change earlier, faster, and more accurately

01

Test

The PREMAZ assessment takes~10 minutes and can be completed independently on a tablet or smartphone. The task is intuitive and engaging, requiring no specialist supervision. This makes cognitive testing fast, standardised, and scalable across clinics, trials, and research cohorts.

02

Analyse

Each assessment generates high-resolution data that goes far beyond traditional scores. Using precision-based algorithms, PREMAZ quantifies memory fidelity i.e.  how accurately a memory is recalled, producing objective metrics sensitive to the earliest signs of decline.

03

Track

Results are accessible via a secure dashboard, allowing clinicians and researchers to track subtle cognitive changes over time. Longitudinal trends can be compared across individuals, cohorts, or interventions, providing actionable insight for early intervention, clinical decision-making, or drug efficacy analysis.
